Good planning lays the foundation, but it is on site that a project proves whether it can be successfully delivered. Construction supervision means taking responsibility for quality, costs, deadlines and, above all, the safety of everyone involved.

wpw supports construction projects with experience, diligence and foresight. We monitor, document and manage construction processes to ensure that plans are translated into reality as intended.

Our approach

For our clients, we provide construction management services in accordance with the HOAI, acting as project supervisors, senior construction managers and site supervisors. We ensure that all trades are carried out in accordance with the plans, applicable regulations and quality standards. By identifying deviations at an early stage, we enable corrective measures to be implemented in good time. Throughout the process, we prioritise transparent communication to ensure the smooth delivery of each project.

In addition to conventional construction supervision for architectural works, we also provide specialised construction management for building services systems. For transport infrastructure and civil engineering structures, we offer site supervision, either as a standalone service or as part of a comprehensive package that includes overall construction management. Our site supervisors are also qualified to act as health and safety coordinators.
