Commissioning marks the transition from the planning and construction phases to building operation and is therefore one of the most critical stages in a building’s lifecycle. Errors at this stage can have financial consequences and long-term effects on performance and reliability.

As part of our commissioning management services, wpw structures and oversees the entire commissioning process, including technical monitoring, to ensure the functionality and safety of the building’s technical systems. We also use technical monitoring during the first few years of operation to identify optimisation potential and improve system performance.
