Managing

Health and Safety Coordination

Safety as the Top Priority

Construction sites bring together a wide range of trades, machinery and people. In this dynamic environment, the risk of accidents and hazards increases. Health and safety are therefore not merely a formality but a core responsibility for clients, contractors and planners alike.

As an experienced health and safety coordinator, wpw takes on this responsibility. We ensure that health and safety requirements are integrated into the planning process from the outset and consistently implemented throughout the construction phase.

Our approach

As early as the planning stage, we identify potential hazards and develop appropriate measures to minimise risks. During construction, we coordinate all parties involved, monitor compliance with the agreed measures and adapt our approach to the actual conditions on site where necessary.

Transparent communication is essential throughout the process. We ensure that all trades are kept informed, responsibilities are clearly defined and safety measures can be implemented effectively in practice.
