Safety Through Precise Analysis
Building pollutant surveys are an essential part of safe renovation and demolition planning. Our experts identify and assess hazardous substances such as asbestos, man-made mineral fibres (MMMFs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and other contaminants in buildings of all types. Our work is based on the relevant guidelines and regulations, particularly the VDI guidelines (e.g. VDI 3866) and the Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances (TRGS 517, TRGS 519 and TRGS 524).
Our approach
We carry out systematic sampling and laboratory analyses to ensure a reliable assessment of the contamination situation. Our investigations include surface and material sampling, indoor air measurements and particulate matter analyses. Based on the results, we prepare detailed pollutant inventories and provide recommendations for the safe handling and proper disposal of hazardous substances.
This approach ensures transparency, regulatory compliance and the protection of people and the environment – from the initial assessment through to successful remediation.
